Refunds on failed scans
Failed scans don’t cost you credits.
If a scan fails (for example, too many points error out), the credits reserved for it are automatically refunded to your wallet — you only pay for scans that complete.
You can see refunds as entries in your credit transaction history in Settings → Credits.
